Our Process
We understand that planning a memorial service can feel overwhelming. Our process is designed to be simple, supportive, and respectful from beginning to end.
2. Plan
Once coverage is selected, we coordinate directly with the funeral home or venue to ensure a smooth, unobtrusive experience. Our goal is to remove as many logistical concerns as possible for the family.
1. Connect
Reach out and share a few details about the service. We’ll answer questions, confirm availability, and help recommend the most appropriate coverage based on your needs.
3. Document
On the day of the service, we provide quiet, professional coverage with care and discretion. We remain respectful of the space while thoughtfully preserving meaningful moments as they unfold naturally.
4. Deliver
Your memorial film is carefully edited and delivered digitally for private viewing and sharing with loved ones. Families are able to revisit the service at their own pace, now and in the years to come.
Our role is to make this process feel calm, clear, and supportive — allowing families to be fully present during a meaningful time.
“The process of booking and being able to send the video to family and friends that were not able to attend was comforting.
